Hello,

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you are experiencing might be due to ovulation in the first week to 10 days while premenstrual in the other days. As you will finish your periods after 5-7 days, these symptoms should disappear.

If you are having the period as your regular period with same flow and days, you may not be pregnant. If you are having intermittent vaginal spotting and the flow that does not fill a pad or tampon, you should take a pregnancy test to confirm if you are pregnant.

If the pain and other symptoms persist or wosen, you should contact a gynecologist to find out the reason of the problem.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
