I have a headache and have aches and pains that are weird. I am 54 some days my legs ache, some days my knees, some days it feels like I have tennis elbow. I have been having an ache in my upper back/shoulder and it feels like it is moving into my side! Is this normal for my age? Will exercise help this or make it worse? YYYY@YYYY
