My head has been giving me pains for a little over two weeks now. It only hurts on the lower back left side and upper middle left side. same exact places every time. It comes and goes throughout the day and night. Alieve doesnt really help. sometimes happens once or twice a day and sometimes many times throughout the day.Could it be as simple as my neck being out of place or is it something to be more concerned about?

Hello,

Yes, possibility of simple musculoskeletal pain is more likely. So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.

1. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of back and head.
2. Take simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
3. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of neck and back.
4. Sit with proper back support.
5. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.

Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
