What Causes Headaches And Pain Under The Left Eye?

For the past 24 hours I ve had experienced variety of symptoms, sinus swelling pressure, headaches on the top and front of the head, but not at the same time. Dry mouth, in spite of drinking water, which on a few occasions I ve thrown back up, mostly clear. I feel hot, but my temperature shows normal, maybe a bit low. At present the headaches have eased a bit, but have pain under the left eye, some pain in the left neck.

Antibiotics decision should be made after ENT specialist review.
