What Causes Headaches And Pressure Behind The Eyes?

My husband has been having headaches for some time now. Feeling pressure behind the eyes and when he bends forward the pain is worse. The doc thought it might be muscular in nature. Hes under a lot of stress at work. Owns and operates an independent pharmacy. Any ideas? He is using a heat pad at night on the neck area. Tylenol helps to some degree.

This is frontal headache. this is common is chronic sinusitis or rhritis. This is common when one have had common cold or flu which progresses to sinusitis that the infection of the sinuses which are over the the front of the face above the eyes brows.
Investigation Ct Scan ids the most diagnostic test

Treatment.
- Anti allargens piriton. cetricine, celestamine
- Antibiotics-
- analgesics- brufen declofenac

Consult ENT specialist of the symptoms continue despite drugs.
