What Causes Headaches And Pulsatile Tinnitus Upon Waking Up In The Mornings?

I have never had any issue with my blood pressure. Recently I have been waking up in the mornings with screening headaches and can physically hear my heart beat inside of my ears. The other evening had my blood pressure checked and it was 168/115. What should I do?

Hi,

If it is diagnosed just recently that you are having high blood pressure then you can control it by changing lifestyle such as.

* Avoid extra salt in tour meal, just have salt in dal and sabzi.
* No salt in salads, buttermilk, chapati, curd, fruits.
* Avoid eating parathas, chutneys, papad, pickles, sausages, cheese. As these all contains good amount of salt.
* Take plenty of water.
* Have regular morning and evening a cup of cow milk.
* Have peaceful sleep.
* Be stress free, be positive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
