General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think this is just flu. I believe it can be tonsillitis so you should go to doctor to check your throat for infection. The headache may be caused by spondylitis as well as by fever. Get checked by doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
