What Causes Headaches And Stomach Ache While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?
Hi, I’ve been told my symptoms could be fibromyalgia but I am really struggling Day to Day from the pain, headaches and terrible stomach issues. I️ am in the process of getting referred to a musculoskeletal specialist but not sure what to do in the mean time.

In the meantime, you may do relaxation techniques as deep breathing exercises or pranayama yoga. You may take analgesic drug as Paracetamol et cetera.
