General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your uncle is suffering from headache, dizziness (he fell) and is vomiting. Medical conditions like high blood pressure, dehydration, low blood glucose, vertigo, poor general health, history of seizure or epilepsy, stressful lifestyle may cause such symptoms. He is suggested to stay well hydrated, take balanced nutritious home made food, take adequate rest and sleep. He should relax for a couple of days if possible and avoid stress.

He is suggested to get a routine health check up done along with blood tests, Urinalysis, imaging test (CT/MRI). He will be treated accordingly. He may be referred to an ENT to detect vertigo. He may have to get an audiometry test done. He will be treated accordingly. He should avoid addictions if any and get treated at the earliest. His treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
