General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is no medical evidence base that relate HPV virus to headache.
So I think that your symptoms can be related to migraine.
I suggest you to take painkillers like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
If the symptoms continue you should do a neurological examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
I find this answer helpful
