What Causes Headaches, Distorted Vision And Forgetfulness?

Hi!I am a 42 YO female who has been having some symptoms for a while that are somewhat bizarre when put together-History-aternal grandfather died of a stroke at 72paternal grandfather died of an MI at 52father had a 90% occlusion of his LAD with multiple stents at age 65mother had a TIA (was a heavy smoker for 30 plus years) 4 yeras ago, but refused a CT scan, no residual affects.myself- high cholesterol, until I lost 56 lbs, and I am currently off my meds with a normal cholesterolI am 152 lbs and 5 6 caucasian- I am an RN by profession, but scared what my doc friends might tell me.I have never smoked, only drink on a rare event. I lost my weight on ideal protein diet. and I have kept it off for over a year.My symptoms are-I am cold all of the time- especially my hands and feetI occasionally feelmore forgetful than usual. I cannot remember normal simple things such as names of streets, peoples names. I have felt in the last 6 months at moments during the work day that I go to speak and I either cannot find the word or I twist it. But extremely intermittently! I also on occasion with get vision changes- meaning I see lines with prisms in the angeled lines, but I only see 1 line in each eye, and my entire vision is either distorted, or my entire (usually left) visual field is like it disappeared. Most recently I have gotten some not so great headaches. about a 4/10 not always in the same location. I feel like I need to see a neurologist and get a CT scan to make sure that I don t have a brain tumor. I am also having a significant amount of burping almost constantly. I even have some chest pain in the anterior chest that is no associated with SOB. Sometimes it goes away without doing anything. I am a wreck.... maybe it s stress! LOLWhat would you receommend I do for the next steps?
