Hello,
It is unfortunate what has happened to you, but you have to take into account that it is a serious and very recent trauma, so it is normal that you still have discomfort, especially if there was some type of
cerebral concussion.
I have seen in practice many patients who after an accident have
headaches,
dizziness, and other symptoms for weeks or months, however monitoring by your GP is very important.
Since the cause is not always benign, sometimes It may be due to a complication, bleeding or secondary infection for example. But if in your exams, things are fine, you have to take into account what I told you.
However, you should always communicate to your doctor the things that persist and do not heal, because a symptom in consultation may not be as important as persisting or aggravating.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
