What Causes Headaches, Dizziness, Head Pressure And Swelling?

I ve been having headaches every day due to hot weather , & I ve been having a lot of pressure on my head like water & dizziness . & the other day I was turning my head & had a sharp pain in my head , & sometimes my head feels swollen , & my neck glands feel swollen , could this be sinuses ?

There are many reasons of such symptoms.

What you have to do is:
Consult your physician and get Blood pressure, lipid profile and blood sugar levels checked. High blood pressure, diabetes and hyperlipidemia are some causes for such symptoms. Also ask him to check for sinusitis. With sinusitis patients usually have fever and flu symptoms too.

Consult an Ophthalmologist for complete eye check up. Glaucoma, and other eye disorders cause such symptoms.
