Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from
Pericoronitis which is the inflammation of the gum flap due to either infection caused due to food accumulation between the gum flap and the erupting wisdom tooth or it can be due to
injury caused by biting by the opposite arch tooth..
It leads to inflammation and pain which can radiate to entire jaw of the effected side, throat, eye, ear and the temple region too..
The gums can get swollen due to inflammation and pus formation..
I would suggest you to
consult a dentist and get evaluated by getting an
x ray done and in case if the wisdom tooth will erupt completely medication followed by removal of gum flap known as OPERCULECTOMY can be done..
In case if the tooth is impacted extraction of the tooth can be done followed by antibiotics and painkillers..
Hope your query is solved..
