What Causes Headaches, High BP And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?
I am having severe headaches with ears ringing. For three days. Can t sleep legs restless, numb, tingling. Have eating bananas, pickle juice, Gatorade thinking I was dehydrated. Finally today took blood pressure. 164/107. What could it be. I take high blood pressure meds now. Can t get out of bed. Room spends and head is pounding.

The high blood pressure can cause headache and heaviness in the head. It can also cause spinning sensation in the head. Consult a physician and get evaluated. Anti-hypertensive pills like amlodipine may be required.
