Hi,

Your symptoms appear to be premenstrual symptoms which starts 2-3 days before the menstrual period and start of the menstrual cycle. But these symptoms usually start after menarche but you have these symptoms start in middle age group.

So better to consult a Gynecologist and USG-pelvis to be done to see if there any other reason for your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sourav Ganguly, General & Family Physician
