hi.. thanks for writing to us.. after going through your history, i understand that you are likely to be suffering with what we call Migraine attacks. Migraine headaches occur due to some dilated blood vessels in the brain. this causes severe throbbing headache as brain is a very compact structure. It is usually associated with nausea & vomitings. patients also experience intolerance to certain sounds & smell. headache might trigger whenever they get exposed to these sounds & smell.
