What Causes Headaches Radiating To The Neck Along With Low Grade Fever?
My head has been hurting a lot lately and when it starts to hurt I notice I start running a low grade fever. About 100.5 to 101. I start feeling the pain all the way from my head and down into my neck and shoulders. I have full range of my neck but it hurts still to bend it to my shoulders. I feel sharp pain then heat and nausea and dizzyness. What is wrong with me?

Considering the symptoms you have mentioned, one rare but important diagnosis to exclude is meningitis or encephalitis. You need to be seen by a qualified Dr and investigated including FBC, CRP etc.
Depends on the results of such investigations Dr will prescribe medicines to take @ home or will suggest necessary further managements.
