General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to health care magic.

Thanks for history.
As per history i would like to know whether she is on any medications and what is her TLC counts.
I havent heard anything regarding liver count as a test.If you want to say that liver counts means Liver function tests then would advice for further investigations like abdominal sonography and Hepatitis viral markers test.
This could be viral hepatitis which results in elevated liver enzymes.

Would advice you to refer to general physician with the lab reports and seek his opinion as further delay can result in brain damage if liver functions continue to deteorate.

Thanks
