General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You have myalgia that means your pain is due to muscle spasm.

Your Xray is is normal so do not worry about any chest diseases.

Take muscle relaxant Like ACECLOFENAC AND Chlorzoxazone combination drugs (ACECLO-MR)

Try hot water pack compress.

Avoid exercise and relax for 2 days.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
