I am taking tamezepan and hydrochodone at night. I have not slept without tamezepan for over 4 years. I have tried without, getting off slowly, and gone 4 nights without sleep and gave up and started back. This condition has been going on since the 80 s and now I am 74 years old. Recently I have been having back pain from lifting my invalid husband who is 93 and lives at home. So i am taking hydrochone and I feel better, more optimistic and can rest better than on tamezepan alone However, I get headaches upon rising or bending over. Am I harming myself. I only take the hydrochone as needed, may 3 a week.
