What Causes Headaches While On Treatment For A Bacterial Infection?

Hi...I recently had a bacteria infection in my belly button. The doctor gave me an antibiotic to take twice a day for 10 days (today is my last day). The infection is better but not 100% cleared. I have been having headaches, stiff neck and fatigue the 3 days. I am not sure what is going on?

Stiff neck with severe head ache & infection around belly button needs an urgent attention to consult a physician to exclude serious problem like meningitis.
