General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Mani sir and welcome.

In my opinion, the sudden change in position or posture could be a notable cause for the headaches you have been experiencing. If the headaches are more when you change your position like from lying down to sitting, or sitting to standing, etc; then this could postural/orthostatic hypotension but will have to be diagnosed.

Whereas, even if you do not then a physician consult to check on blood pressure and blood glucose profile, an opthalmologist consult to rule out eye related causes, and a neurologist consult will all be necessary.

Best wishes.
