What Causes Headache,sore Throat And Dizziness?
I started out about five days ago with fatigue, dizziness and headaches. I noticed that later it was accompanied with a mild sore throat and cough. My head and neck pain is constant and OTC s are not helping. Is this just part of a viral infection?

As per your history, it may be due to upper respiratory tract infection.
For that do saline or Betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation twice a day.
For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
You may require antibiotics in case of fever, cough with phlegm after consultation
