my last depo was due on the 17th of september me and my partner have had unprotected sex several times since then. i havent started bleeding yet but i am havins some symptoms of pregnancy, im getting headaches,stomach cramps,alot of nausea and feeling sick am also realy tired all the time i did a test over a week ago it was negative but its since then that i have started getting these symtoms should i do another test?
Hello, After you come off the depo-shot you can ovulate anytime from 2-3 weeks. You can re-test after another week or ten days. The assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres along with a trans-vaginal sonogram would be ideal to clarify the situation. If pregnancy is excluded, it is likely that you may see a period soon and these symptoms are hence due to the premenstrual phase of the cycle. Please see a specialist for a complete evaluation.
