What Causes Headache,stomach Pain And Fatigue After Travelling?

I recently visited the countries of Botswana, Zambia and S. Africa. I took anti malarial medications.In the past few weeks since returning I ve had headaches, some stomach problems and general fatigue. Could that be related to malaria? No high fevers.
