What Causes Hearing/feeling Sensation At The Side Of Head When Lowering Head?

Hello, when I lower my head, such that blood flows towards it, I always hear and feel a sensation at the side of my head, above and around the ear. It feels and sounds as if the veins are clogged and increasing the pressure unclogs it. Near my school exams few months back, I felt an ache at the left side, and my school doctor said it was due to stress. I am wondering if the clogged vein sensation is a symptom of high cholesterol or something else?

I really appreciate your concern let me tell you that this is the hallucination if go on doing this act to confirm the sound whether this is audible or not every time you bend down every time you would hear the same sound and this is called auditory hallucination, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
