What Causes Hearing Loss In The Left Ear And Choking Sensation While Using Earbuds?

I had an accident like 12-13 years back,In that accident i lost hearing capability of my right year.Recently I found it wasn t 100% loss but less than 100%(For me it doesn t make any difference). My left year was perfectly fine but from two years I have been facing difficulty in left year too.Whenever I try to clean my left year with Ear buds I start choking/coughing,I feel something in my throat. Also,I feel nose block all the time. In my right ear when I put my finger,And move up and down my eyesight also starts moving up and down. I think it is related to Neuroscience also. Please help me.

Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hi,

My first advice is do not use any earbuds or any other kind of objects. Kindly show it to an ENT specialist who can examine the status of the ears and other tests like MRI or CT scan if required to rule out major issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusha Molugu, Anesthesiologist
