What Causes Hearing Loss With Pain And Pressure When Diagnosed With Shingles?

I had shingles in 2011 that settled in the vestibular nerve . The result was approximately 25 percent Ossetia of hearing. In right ear and pressure in right ear and hearing my voice in my head when I speak, Hearing my voice happens after I have been out of bed approximately 2 hours in the morning,(body position???....eustacion tube?) Also have experienced floating feeling and minor balance issues, My shingles were diagnosed as Ramsey Hunt,

As per my surgical experience, the latent infection flare up with Shingles is responsible for the hearing issue. Current work up with audiometry with or without MRI of the auditory part is required to proceed further in this regard.
