You definitely need good
psychologist for CBT therapy and he will decide your drugs, as it is so much bothering may need TMS therapy for which may need hospitalized and few drugs which are exactly for this need to take under guidance so it’s better in
psychiatrist presence, whenever these episodes start to fade, learn
yoga and breathing exercises and keep yourself busy. Do 10 creative things even for others.
Eat healthy fruits veggies, multivitamins for a week, antioxidants, amla,
aloe vera, basil, salads etc., spend time with loved ones and stay from negative or bad company listen soft music calming music. Do not start any med on your own especially
lithium.
