What Causes Heart Beat Pulsation In Head Along With Headache And Nausea?

Hi, I ve had a horrible headache all day, no medicine has helped. It hurts so bad that getting up to walk or moving at all makes it throb like I can feel my heart beat pulsating in my head. I can t even fall asleep to help relieve the pain. Nothing has helped. Now tonight I am having a temperature of 97.0 and feeling nauseous. What do you think this could be or is there something else I can try to relieve the headache. Thanks

Hi,

Your history is indicating migraine but still, these tests are to be done: ESR, CRP, CGRP, and MRI! Also, if you overused analgesics, it can also form this condition. First see these points (lack of sleep, fatigue, and vasodilator). Vagus nerve stimulator can give relief well according to history. Go to the ER, there are drugs which can immediately relieve you. If you can then try Endocet or Percocet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
