Hello..This is Dr Aamir Sohail
After going through the problems that you have mentioned, I would like to know your likes of food, because burning sensation in chest can be due to 'Gastritis', a condition which arises due to eating more spicy food, junk food, and which may get aggrevated by taking more
stress, less sleep,.which may be related due to your work.
Gastritis can also occur due to frequent intake of medications like pain killers taken for any
muscle pain,
bone pain,.so I would like to know if you are on some medications to relieve bone pain...So I would like to advice you to minimise spicy foods, or if possible try to avoid as much as possible the spicy food, eat curd rice, and to stop taking the pain killers for any
muscular pain,.and you can take Syrup Mucain gel 5mL twice daily, morning and night before food...(syp
mucaine gel is an
antacid)..
Another question I would like to know from you, if you are getting burning sensation in chest which may radiate to your left arm, jaw..it can be due to heart condition called 'Angina', the pain due to angina gets aggrevated by exercise, stress,..and gets relieved on taking rest..if you are having any such exaverbating or relieving factors ,then kindly get an ECG done, and Trop-T levels...
Thank you,..
