What Causes Heart Burn Even After Taking Medicines?
Hi My name is Ila Mehta, I have just been diognised with Gastroenterology reflux and I have been given a course of antiacid tablets(Lansoprazole mm - twice a day), i have been taking it since days now but it hasn't made any difference. I still have continuous heart burn specially toward my stomouch. Just wanted to find out do i need andoscopy to find out if i have ulcers there or shall i continue with medication or ask doctor to change it?
