Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of heart burn like feeling at the back of tongue and throat is because of increased acidic reflux which is causing gastritis. Need not t o worry about it as it is due to increased acid production. I would suggest you to take proton pump inhibitors omeprazole, ranitidine and prokinetics for around 3 weeks. Do warm saline gargles. You should take steam inhalation. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food substances. Avoid cold drinks. Avoid tea, coffee. Take small but frequent meals and do exercise before going to bed. Your symptoms will resolve soon. If your symptoms keeps on persisting visit gastroenterologist once an get it examined and start treatment as per diagnosis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
