What Causes Heart Burn,chest Pain And Nausea?

I have not been feeling good lately went to the hospital they did an EKG and some blood work said my heart was all right might be heart burn but then set me up for an nuclear stress test didnt understand that I have not had test yet still waiting for an appt I'm still felling pretty bad light head pain in my chest and my shoulder nausa just don't feel right what should I do

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking hope, if the EKG is unremarkable then the next test would be stress test and ECHO these will clear the picture and if these too fails to bring the result then coronary angiography is the option.
Both the hyperacidity and the cardiac pain shares the same king of symptoms but still EKG is the standard test that clears the doubt up to 90% and if this is so then patient can be put of PPI like Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day the dose needs to be taken at evening time only.
Further cardiac evaluation test would be optional then.
