What Causes Heart Fluttering, Palpitation And Tightening In Chest?

Hi Just want to put oth there that I have been having heart flutter Palpatations and tighten in my chest breathing and just feel like crap. in the morning an in the evening is when this would hit me the most. I figured out by melself after so many test the cause. Splenda...... I stopped taking and in on day I feel so much better Im 53 and in good health I can do my age in push ups in on min and I thaought I was going to dye yesterday and I finally figured it out
