What Causes Heart Murmur Along With Pain In The Temple And Dizziness?
I am a 42 year old female former smoker, quit 3 years ago. I am over weight, but not considered obese. I do cardio 2 times a week, have a heart murmur, and tachycardia. Sporadicaly through out the day to day I have felt a flutter in the ridhr side of my neck and a mild pain in my right temple area. It only last a few seconds. No loss of vision or dizziness when this occurs. Today is the first time this has occurred. Is this something I should be worried about?
it would be better to at least get an ecg done especially during the episode, that will help clear the confusion. even if it's a benign arrhythmia at least you would know. mostly it's supraventricular tachycardia which is a benign condition and is treated with valsalva maneuver or propranolol. but still it would be safe to get an ecg done
