What Causes Heart Palpitation While Having Sex?

My husband and I were about to have intercourse. He said his heart felt like it was beating too fast. He lost the erection and felt like he was gonna pass out. His heart was beating really fast...I could feel it outside his chest. I took his pulse and it was at least 140. He is otherwise healthy in his early 30s. Is this anything to be concerned about? He had been laying down before we started and jumped up quickly. Could that be it?

firstly try to know that how apprehensive your husband is....? Ask him to meditate for at least 15mins in a day to keep his nerves calm ....and tell him not to think more about sex rather try to enjoy it.
