What Causes Heart Palpitations After Smoking Ventolin?

I have asthma and I smoke, so I use allot of ventolin. I m 23 years old and morbidly obese. Female. A few minutes ago I had some puffs of ventolin, and not long after noticed my heart beating really fast and hard. so I counted how many beats per minute, it was at least 120. should I be worried?
