What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Headaches And High Blood Pressure?

I m 19 and I think I may have a heart problem. I often have heart palpitations and random pains throughout my body. I m always tired no matter how much sleep I get and terrible headaches. I also have high blood pressure. Should I go get it checked out?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of palpitations headache tiredness and raised blood pressure I will suggest you have developed a hypertensive disease caused by the following

High salt intake
Diabetes
Obesity
Excessive smoking
Kidney disease

In view of this please check your blood pressure body mass index and do the following test

Serum electrolytes urea creatinine
Fasting blood sugar

If the blood pressure is high then take some antihypertensive drugs and see a cardiologist specialist with the results for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
