Hello,

The dizziness and palpitations can occur due to a variety of reasons. It can be due to episodal lowering of blood glucose, hypertension, heart issues, thyroid issues, etc. So you will need a detailed physical, clincal, and laboratory evaluation. Please be advised to follow up with a primary provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
