What Causes Heart Palpitations And Lightheadedness?
I feel weak and am not sure if this is a major panic attack. It comes on suddenly diffuculty swalloing heart pounding and shaky and weak light headed and week feeks like I can t catch my breath some times. Then in a few minutes its over and I feel better I never see these attacks coming and they have no pattern . Worried over this.

Palpitaion is common feature associated with anxiety,but one must have ayleast ECG to look for cardiac causes,also from your symptoms it is more in favour of anxiety.
You should take clonazepam MD 0.5mg when have such attack after cardiac evaluation
