Hi, I had (1 or 2) every minute palpitations that lasted an enitre week, I felt anxious at times and some nights was even afraid to fall asleep. The heart palpitations stopped about a week ago, but I have difficulty breathing through my nose unless I am in bed, or sitting still. I also noticed that occasionally, throughouy the day - even when resting - I have to take deep breaths through my mouth, I realised that this is something that I have been doing for a few months. I am aware of my heart beat and ocassionally feel pressure on my chest when resting. I am relaxed as I type this message, but feel flutters in my chest. This may sound dramatic, but its almost as though my heart is struggling sometimes. I am 36 years old, female 5 8 around 10.1/2 st. I don t smoke and drink once a week - a couple of glasses of wine. The bizzare thing is, when I work out in the morning, I don t feel that there is an issue as I don t feel any tired or out of breath than normal. I would very much appreciate your help as this is something that is really starting to worry me. I plan on booking an appointment this week. Kind regards, Renée
