What Causes Heart Palpitations, Dizziness, Ear Pain And Numbness In Tongue And Hand?

Hello, My son who is 29 years old . Has been having heart palpitation, dizziness, numbness in tongue, hand numbness, pain in his ears. We went to emergency room when he first felt the palpitation and almost fainted, they took blood. Nothing showed. Now he is getting the pain in ears and the other systems. Where do we go from here.
