What Causes Heart Palpitations In A Healthy Person?

Recently I went to the er with heart palpitations all my cardiac enzymes and 12 lead EKG came back normal mitro troponin came back at 0.01 is that in itself anything to be concerned with. I had a follow up with my doctor and she said I have a virus.
