What Causes Heart Palpitations, Sore Throat And Pressure In The Shoulders?
I have been having heart palpitations , have had anECG done and all good waiting on the results of a heart monitor, my symptoms start out as sinus problems and a sore throat and then I feel like my chest , back and shoulders are fall of wind, my symptoms started after my dog pulled me through a door after visiting the vet, it was so forceful that I nearly fell over, also when the palpitations are strong I feel like collapsing, thank you

If you have had trauma to your chest its better that you get a chest X-ray and echocardiography done.
The ambulatory Holter monitoring can also help in diagnosing your condition.
