What Causes Heart Palpitations While On Synthroid?

I m currently on Synthroid 75 mcg and have recently been experiencing heart palpitations. Is it possible my dose is a little too strong? I ve been on this dose for about 2 years and it s the first time I m having this reaction. I have also been taking 2.5 mg of LDN to help with the symptoms of Hashimoto s.

I appreciate your knowledge ...

You are right ...Here you have not mentioned TSH report value ...

You are taking drug since long time ...You might have not done your TSH level ....

Dose has to be adjusted according to tsh level...
So repeat your TSH...

If it is too low than (less than 0.5) than secondary hyperthyroid can be there leading palpitation..

If tsh within range than measure blood pressure and EKG done .

Advise : cardiologist consultation for examination and auscultation.
