What Causes Heart Palpitations While On Medication For Hypothyroid?

Been having palputations and pounding heart for a month straight now. I will have them while doing anything from bending over,taking a shower, sitting completely still, and when trying to fall asleep. It feels like my heart is skipping beats and I have to catch my breath. What could be going on? I am hypothyroid(for a little over a year) and take medication for that. Also have panic disorder and am also medicated for that. Just don t understand why all of this is starting all of a sudden.

Hi, since 1 year u are taking tab thyroxine for your hypothyroidism, that's okay but have checked your
Thyroid function tests on follow-up, may be palpitations are a side effect of this tablet overdose, so u go to your doctor and check T3 T4 TSH and titrate your dosage.if problem persists even after that then contact cardiologist.
Panic disorder might have this kind of symptoms but as u are taking treatment so above possibility is only.
