What Causes Heart Racing, Increased BP And Pain In Head?

I came home from work about a hour ago, I was not feeling well, calmy, heart racing, shaking. I went & checked my blood pressure, it was 195 over 100. I have now taken my pill & feel somewhat better but i have a pain in my head on the right side, by ear?

Thanks for contacting HCM. dear patient your BP is way to high. you have not mentioned whether you are a patient of high BP? if so then how long since you had the disease and what medicines you are taking and did you miss your medications. you need to go to a doctor and get BP checked along with an E.C.G. to rule out cardiac involvement and to get correct medication to control high BP. regards
