What Causes Heartburn, Arm Numbness, Back Pain, Double Vision And Chest Pain?

I am just 36 years old and have had some chest pains that have been chocked up to anxiety, I am very driven and am self-employed working often 12-16 hour days and not taking great care of my health. For the past week I have been having heartburn which is not like me at all. Then my left arm keeps going a bit tingly/numb and tonight I am having weird back pain, sharp... feels like a sharp pain randomly in my mid left side. I also am having double vision a bit and my jaw is really sore which is weird and never usually happens but is mostly sore on the right side. I have been going like crazy the last 3 weeks holding my own big live event and travelling to speak.

Hello,

Heart burn and pain on left mid side can be due to gastritis and regurgitation of stomach contents in throat. I suggest you to take proton pump inhibitors after consulting your primary care provider. In addition, you need to avoid fatty and spicy foods.

Double vision can be due to refractive error, high ocular pressure of disorder of eye lens. I suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment, investigation and thus management.
